Physical-product return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. Contact utalkiradio@gmail.com or +1 (714)326-2717 with your order information and proof of purchase, and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before sending a return. The following condition requirements apply to the relevant product category.

Radio Hardware

Radio hardware must be unused or slightly used, in resalable condition, and returned in its original packaging with all included accessories, manuals and components. Include proof of purchase and the prior return authorization with your return.

Vinyl Records

For records sold sealed, change-of-mind returns require the record to remain sealed. Reports of a defective, damaged or incorrect record are handled separately from change-of-mind returns; contact us with the order information and details of the problem before returning the item.

Jewelry

For jewelry, change-of-mind returns require the item to be unworn, unaltered and complete. Reports of defective or incorrect jewelry are handled separately from change-of-mind returns; contact us with the order information and details of the problem before returning the item.

Activated Radio Service

Eligible radio hardware may be returned under our return policy. Once activated, radio service charges are nonrefundable, including unused service time, except for billing errors or where a refund is required by law. Returning a radio does not make activated service charges refundable. Any nonrefundable service amount will be disclosed before purchase.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout for the eligible destination and available service. The available methods and charges depend on the order and its shipping requirements. Review the shipping selection and delivery address carefully before placing your order. Tracking details are emailed after shipment.
